Right of withdrawal and return policy

If you are a consumer, i.e. a natural person who concludes the purchase for a purpose not related to your commercial or independent professional activity, you are entitled to the right of withdrawal described below. This does not apply to goods which have been specially made for you to customer specifications.

Return Policy

It is possible to return the goods received without giving any reason within 14 days. The period begins upon receipt of this instruction in textual form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail), but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring delivery of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) nor before the fulfillment of our legal information and other obligations. Only in the case of goods that cannot be sent by postal parcel (for example, bulky goods) is it possible to declare the return also by requesting the return in text form. Consequences of restitution

In case of effective restitution, the benefits received by both parties must be returned and any benefits obtained must be transferred. In the event of deterioration of the goods and for services (e.g. benefits of use) which cannot be returned or which can only be returned in part or in a deteriorated condition, the customer is obliged to compensate us to that extent. You must pay compensation for the deterioration of the property and the resulting benefits only if the benefits or deterioration are due to handling of the property that goes beyond inspection of the properties and manner of operation. "Verification of properties and function" means the testing and testing of the goods, as is possible and customary in a shop. Payment refund obligations must be fulfilled within thirty days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of the goods or the return request, for us with the receipt.
