The MyPaper Plus archive box is part of a well-thought-out and stylish organisation system that helps you to efficiently sort and organise your documents, such as invoices, letters and more. It is also ideal for storing contracts, travel documents, insurance cards and other important papers. In combination with the MyPaper Plus Inbox, you get an intuitive organisation system for your documents - whether in the office or at home. 

 

Here's how it works:

 

  1. Collect new documents: Place new invoices, documents and letters in the front compartment of the MyPaper Plus Inbox first.
     
  2. Sort and organise: As soon as you have time, temporarily sort your documents into the four folders by topic. The robust folders are labelled with the categories Archive, Pay, Act and Read. This means you always have an overview of important papers or upcoming tasks. Each pocket is suitable for A4 documents - including envelopes - and reliably protects your paper.
     
  3. Long-term archiving: You can then archive your documents in the compact MyPaper Plus Archive box.

 

The MyPaper Plus archive box also impresses with its practical and well-designed features: The integrated handles make the document organiser easy to transport - ideal for flexible use in different rooms. 
With its timeless design, the MyPaper Plus archive box blends effortlessly into any interior. It is available in different versions and can be perfectly combined with other products from the document filing category.

  • Flexible cardboard folders: The 15 supplied hanging folders can be labelled with a normal pen. Later changes are possible thanks to the rewritable surface.
  • Well-thought-out categories: You also receive 22 ready-made category stickers - e.g. personal documents, housing, bank information, insurance documents, and much more - in the languages DE/EN and FR/IT.
  • Expandable: The document organiser has enough space for additional, separately available suspension files. The archive box can also be stacked if you need more MyPaper Plus archive boxes.
